Jehan Daruvala took his first victory of the season, beating out David Beckmann off the line and not looking back. Beckmann held second for most the race till he ran out of tyres, allowing Bent Viscaal to take second, Trident’s first podium since 2016.
A fighting drive from Robert Shwartzman saw him take third ahead of Liam Lawson and David Beckmann in fifth. Juri Vips finished in sixth ahead of Oscar Piastri and Guanyu Zhou. Ralph Boschung finished in ninth with this morning’s winner Theo Pourchaire rounding out the top 10.
