It was Max Verstappen who topped the timesheets in a damp final practice session at Spa-Francorchamps. He led his team-mate Sergio Perez by almost a second. Whilst Lewis Hamilton was over a second back in third place.
Lando Norris was fourth for McLaren ahead of Esteban Ocon in fifth and Lance Stroll in sixth place. Pierre Gasly was seventh despite a spin ahead of Sebastian Vettel in eighth, George Russell in ninth and Fernando Alonso in tenth.
Due to the conditions it was a relatively jumbled up order. Valtteri Bottas was eleventh whilst both Ferraris were outside the top 10.
