It was not a very relevant final practice session due to the different track conditions but it was Max Verstappen who topped the session ahead of the two Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. However there was concern as Lewis Hamilton had an issue that resulted in him stopping at the end of the pitlane as the session drew to a close.
Alexander Albon recovered from his crash yesterday to be fourth fastest ahead of Carlos Sainz in fifth and Pierre Gasly in sixth. Lando Norris was seventh for McLaren ahead of Daniil Kvyat, once again showing good pace for AlphaTauri, and the two Racing Points of Lance Stroll and Sergio Perez.
